Black Bear Lidded Ceramic Butter Dish in Beige

Description

This beautiful lidded butter keeper is wonderfully loaded with black bear wandering in blueberry patches.  It is hand glazed in a unique design, and has a crystal knob on the domed butter dish lid. This work of art features loads of details and measures 3 3/4″ tall to the top of the knob, and is 5 1/2″ around.

-Part of our Native Northern California Series, this butter dish celebrates our local wildlife, mountains, and coasts.

-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe glazes. Please hand wash only.  Not for the oven, microwave or dishwasher.  The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.

-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
