With just the right touch of whimsy, this canister is topped with a digging dog and surrounded by paws. A dog house embellishes the front of the jar. Glazed in our specialty Soft Green Rain glazes, this unique dog treat/cookie jar has multiple layers of rich glazes making this unique piece a beautiful accent for your home.
This canister measures approx. 8″ tall (to the top of the tail) x 5″ wide and holds approx. 5 cups. The lid and canister are ceramic on ceramic and will not form a tight seal.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is hand formed. This piece was hand glazed with food safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark. *** PLEASE HAND WASH ONLY***
