Thank you for stopping by our online store. Our artwork includes originally designed and hand crafted stoneware pottery meant to enhance the beauty of your everyday life.
We accept several forms of payment.

California residents will be charged sales tax (as our shop is in CA). Current tax rate is 7.5%.
We do not accept money orders or personal checks.
Our shop ships USPS. It is the fastest, safest, least expensive, insured means of getting your treasures to you from our mountain location. Typically, pottery is heavy and ships Priority arriving within 3-4 business days. Overseas orders take longer, of course, but you’ll be able to track your package usually until it leaves the U.S. and sometimes right to your door.
We are not responsible for damages or losses incurred by the shipping company. Please let us know asap if something arrives damaged and we’ll start an insurance claim right away.
All taxes, tariffs and other costs incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your package will be marked “glass!” and “fragile”. This does not mean that your product is glass, but it is marked glass so it will be handled carefully during transport. Your beautiful new stoneware ceramic item is according to the description given on each item ~
Refunds and Exchanges
Shipping refunds on purchases are given while processing your order. Your invoiced amount may vary if we can box items together.
We want you to have a great experience purchasing hand crafted artwork. If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right. After 3 days, we assume you are happy and all sales are final.
I am not a big box store, but am an artist, and am not in the business of offering refunds or exchanges, but please contact me if there’s a problem with your order. Refunds on purchases are granted only at the discretion of the shop owner.
Should a refund/exchange be approved, and it be determined by us that your item should be returned:
*Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it.
*Your items must be returned in the original packing.
* Your item must ship back to us within 7 days of delivery.
*Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item.
*We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.
*The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
SHIPPING ~ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ITEMS NOT COVERED BY EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
* There are no refunds on special, custom or personalized orders.
* There are no refunds on sale items.
* Damage due to thermal shock is not eligible for refunds/exchanges.
