Description
A design from our Native Northern California series, a black bear roams under a background mountain of forests on this amazingly beautiful baking dish. Glazed in watercolor blue with dark blue highlights, this original forest inspired piece is perfect for biscuits, cobblers, pies and so much more. This stoneware pottery pie plate measures approx. 8″ x 1 1/2″ tall.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottom of this piece is glazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted an no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
