On a late Autumn afternoon, oak leaves and acorns are falling onto a rich forest floor on this beautiful casserole dish. A hand sculpted acorn finial adds that extra special touch to the iridescent flowing glazes and design.
This beautiful canister measures approx. 6″ wide x 6 1/2″ tall from bottom to the top of the acorn finial on the uniquely designed lid. This unique artwork holds 3 1/2 cups to the inside rim beneath the lid.
Created from white sandy Northern California clay. The base is wheel thrown, and included an engraving along the bottom. The lid is detailed and hand formed. The glazes are food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe, richly unique, and loaded with flowing details!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottom is unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
