Description
Topped with a red, yellow, and orange chili pepper handle, this lidded butter keeper is glazed in a special mixture of antique rustic gold. This little work of art measures 3″ tall to the peppers, and is 5 1/4″ around.
*Please note that this dish’s lid is a bit shallow. Your butter will touch the top of the lid inside and need to be used up a bit to fit perfectly. Price has been adjusted accordingly. Perfect as a garlic roaster, or for smaller chunks of butter and cheese.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe glazes. Please hand wash only. Not for the microwave or dishwasher. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
