Description
This soft forest rain blue canister is amazing with its little blue bird knob, and green leaves. It measures approx. 4 1/2″ wide x 7 1/2″ tall from bottom to bird’s head on lid. Holds approx. 3 cups to the inside rim beneath the lid.
Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base was wheel thrown with an engraved base, and the lid is hand crafted with its sculpted blue bird knob and deep green leaves. Then, this piece was glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on this piece are simply gorgeous!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
