Created from Northern California clay, this richly glazed golden black casserole hand formed. The little roses and leaves were hand sculpted and are my original design.
Description
This pan measures 5 1/2″ x 8″, 2 1/4″ tall. With handles, total length is 10″. Holds approx. 3 3/4 to 4 cups. Perfect for cakes, gingerbreads, brownies, cornbread and casseroles.
Created from Northern California clay, this piece of useable art was hand formed. The little roses and leaves were hand sculpted and are my original design. The glaze is an amazing combination of rich black chocolates with golden highlights. The clay is a white body and the roses were hand rubbed and glazed with a clear glaze to reflect their beauty and structure.
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted an no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
