With carved, scrolled handles, this casserole has a midnight blue glaze with tiny white stars.
This handmade treasure, like the other pottery available from WildCrowFarm, is not production pottery and the only one in existence due to the single firing schedule and variability of the hands of the artist and the unpredictability in high-fire pottery. Some of our pottery will be similar but this set can never be matched.
Description
This pan measures 6″ wide x 8″ long (10″ with the handles), 2 1/4″ tall. Holds approx. 3 3/4 to 4 cups. Perfect for cakes, gingerbreads, brownies, cornbread and casseroles.
Created from Northern California clay, this piece of usable art was hand formed. There are beautiful little impressions of scrolled art on each handle. All is glazed in a deep night sky blue with little white stars scattered all over.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
