This exquisite lidded set, like the other pottery available from WildCrowFarm, is not production pottery and the only “set” in existence due to the single firing schedule and variability of the hands of the artist and the unpredictability in high-fire pottery. Some of our pottery will be similar but this set can never be matched.

Let’s ride! For the Western collector in you, here’s a bit of rugged charm for you with this unique, handmade ceramic casserole jar with very cute cowboy themed lid and cactus handle!
This beautiful piece measures approx. 6 1/2″ wide x 6 1/4″ tall from bottom to the top flower on the lid. Holds approx. 4 cups to the inside rim beneath the lid.
Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is uniquely hand formed and carved with cowboys in chaps, boots with spurs and a very cute cactus with a red flower. Then, the pieces are hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes.
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted an no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
