This exquisite piece, like the other pottery available from WildCrowFarm, is not production pottery and the only “one” in existence due to the single firing schedule and variability of the hands of the artist and the unpredictability in high-fire pottery. Some of our pottery will be similar but this set can never be matched.

Description
This extra large casserole measures approx. 7 1/4″ wide x 4 1/4″ tall. Holds approx. 9 cups. Perfect for cold or hot mixing and serving in hearty batches. There are handles on both sides to make taking this dish out of the oven, or moving it from prep areas to the table easy.
Created from Northern California clay and glazed with food safe, intensely beautiful deep black blue glaze that’s enhanced with deep ocean blues and seaweed greens flowing in random patterns with red octopi scattered about for that extra special touch. The photos just don’t do this justice enough ~ it’s a beautiful piece!
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted an no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
