Description
Glazed in a rustic desert copper, this native feather lidded butter keeper has a Southwest design and is topped with a crystal knob. The flat dish has a green centered feather, while the main lid has red and green feathers and a native red embossed rim.
Designed and glazed with great care, this butter keeper and is part of Wild Crow Farm Pottery’s native California series, celebrating our Northern mountains and wildlife. It measures 4 1/2″ tall to the top of the knob, and 5 3/4″ around.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe glazes. Please hand wash only. Not for the oven, microwave or dishwasher. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
