On an apocalyptic forest fire day in the Western United States, two black bear wander their forests on this beautiful hand built ceramic coffee mug commemorating our latest droughts and climate change. Uniquely handmade, this art mug holds an extra large 20 oz., and has a wide, comfortable handle with three more bear – All glazed in a rich desert copper.
-Part of our native California series, this mug celebrates our love of the local mountains, coasts and creatures.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
