Description
An ancient tree of life (one for each side) stands in the meadow while swallows take flight on this uniquely rich extra large ceramic coffee mug. Crescent moons and swallows decorate the handle. This hearty handmade piece holds 21 oz. The interior belly holds a Celtic triad knot design.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed (not wheel thrown – to enhance the rustic look), then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
