Black Bear Ceramic Bowl

Description

Four tiny black bear surround this ceramic bowl on this beautiful piece that’s just perfect for soup, salad, cereal, ice cream and serving or mixing.  Glazed in our special mixture of soft spring green glazes as a base, the rim has iridescent flows and the hand painted critters are all individually extra cute!  Measuring 5 1/4″ wide x 2 1/2″ tall, it holds 2 cups.

-Part of our Native Northern California Series, this bowl celebrates the local wildlife, coasts and mountains.

-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, wheel thrown, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.

-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
