Blood Indigo Sugar Jar with Brown Dachshund

Stunning! This sugar jar features a perky tailed brown dachshund on a piece or art is glazed in our specialty blood indigo glazes.  It measures approx. 3 3/4″ wide x 6″ tall from bottom to the top of the dachshund’s tail on the lid. It holds approx. 1 2/3 cups to the inside rim beneath the lid. This piece works well as a honey pot, treasure keeper, sugar bowl, or jam serving jar, too!

Created from white sandy Northern California clay. Everything is glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on this piece are a rich indigo blue with fierce blood red accents ~ gorgeous, and loaded with details!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottom is unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
