This lovely bean pot is perfect for baking beans in the oven, mixing or serving. A creamy speckled oatmeal cream with intense blues, this comes complete with handles for easy use.
This piece, like the other pottery available from WildCrowFarm, it is not production pottery and the only one in existence due to the single firing schedule and variability of the hands of the artist and the unpredictability in high-fire pottery. Some of our pottery will be similar but this can never be matched.

Description
This beautiful piece is approx. 6″ high x 5 1/2″ wide and holds approx. 4 cups or 950 ml to the lid seat.
This lovely bean pot is perfect for baking beans in the oven, mixing or serving. There is a very small dot of kiln wash (rougher surface) near the rim which does not affect the piece, but adds to its handmade character.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted an no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
