Indigo Blue Sugar and Tea Canister Set

Two small indigo blue sugar and tea canisters bring homemade goodness into your tea ritual. Both jars measure approx. 4″ wide x 4″ tall from bottom to knob on lid, each being unique in their shape, and containers hold approx. 1 cup or 300 ml. to the inside rim beneath the lid.  Just perfect for storing just about everything from sugar and tea, your favorite jams or honey, to jewelry or hair ties. These even make very cute mini casserole or custard dishes.

-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.

-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
