A hand sculpted blue bird nests on shades of purple amethyst. This one of a kind sugar bowl has an ornately designed lid and highlights of rich blue to contrast the amethyst. This piece or art measures approx. 4 1/2″ wide x 4 3/4″ tall from bottom to the top of the blue bird’s head on the lid. Holds approx. 1 1/4 cups to the inside rim beneath the lid. This piece works well as a honey pot or jam serving jar, too!
Created from white sandy Northern California clay. Everything is glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on this piece are rich and gorgeous!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottom is unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
