Hiking rugged mountains with snow covered peaks is the theme of this wonderfully unique domed butter dish topped with a crystal knob. This work of art features mountains rising on both pieces. This amazing soft green rain glazed piece measures 3 1/2″ tall to the top of the knob, and 5 1/2″ around.
Part of our native Northern California series, this piece celebrates the local mountains, views, and wildlife of Northern California.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe glazes. Please hand wash only. Not for the oven, microwave or dishwasher. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
