A uniquely sweet gray kitten sits in a flower garden of raw Lake County Diamonds on our specialty Wild Blue Fire glazed sugar jar. A utensil slot sits on one edge of the ornate lid. Scrolled designs along the base add to the intrigue of this unique artwork. This piece measures approx. 5 1/4″ tall (to the top of the kitten’s ears) x 4 1/2″ wide and holds approx. 2 1/4 cups.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is hand formed. This piece was hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece is always one of a kind, and priceless.
