-Measuring 13 1/4″ long” x 7″ x 1/2″ wide x 1/2″ thick, it’s easy to add a dusting of cornmeal and a loaf of rustic bread, for a great baking texture. Add to your oven before pre-heating to avoid thermal shock and breakage. Wonderful as a pizza stone, this stone is rough cut and reflects uneven sides that have been sanded. It will get a beautiful darker, richer color with extended use. Beautiful to serve right from the oven so your masterpiece stays warm!

-Stoneware fired to over 2300 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning ~ just wipe clean after use. These may be lightly scrubbed, if necessary, but should never be soaked in water (It will take forever to dry and may add to cracking during the next use.)
