Golden Desert Storm Jar with Metallic Rose

Description

A metallic hand formed rose knob accentuates the beauty of this golden desert storm jar. This piece of art measures approx. 3″ wide x 3 1/4″ tall from bottom to the top of the rose on the lid. It holds approx. 1/2 cup to the inside rim beneath the lid.

Created from white sandy Northern California clay. The base is wheel thrown with a vine and leaf detail along the bottom, and the lid is hand formed.  Everything is glazed golds, flowing greens and blues , and all with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on this piece are rich, gorgeous, and loaded with details!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottom is unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
