Purple Magic Jar with Blue Highlights and Fluted Finial

Glazed in purple with blue highlights, this amazingly magical jar with blue highlights and a fluted finial measures approx. 7 ” tall (to the top of the knob) x 3 1/2″ wide and holds approx. 2 cups.  This piece is perfect for storing treasures or as a very fancy sugar keeper.

-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is hand formed.  This piece was hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning and will vary with lighting and changing seasons!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.

-Our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece is always one of a kind, and priceless.
