Rustic Red Squirrel Jewelry Stash Jar with Ocean Blue Glaze

Glazed in our rich specialty “Ocean Blue”, this unique little rustic red squirrel jar is the perfect keeper for your jewelry or treasure stash. Measuring approx. 2 1/2″ wide x 4″ tall from bottom to top of the little squirrel’s head on the lid. Holds approx. 1/4 cup to the inside rim beneath the lid.

-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is individually hand formed with a sculpted curly tail little red squirrel sitting at attention for the knob.  This piece is hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.

-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
