Glazed in a summer blue and accented with iridescent greens, red flowers and leaves, a blue and green dragonfly floats ethereally on this beautiful, large pie plate. This original hand thrown and decorated stoneware pottery pie plate measures approx. 10″ x 1 3/4″ tall. Perfect for brownies, quiche, or a single layer cake, too.
-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!
-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottom of this piece is glazed and feature our maker’s mark.
-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted an no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
