Teal Owl Canister with Fairy Garden Knob
Teal with little owls scanning out from a ruffled base and covered with a fairy house lid, this piece is all topped off with a curly elfin curl handle and, scrolled leaves on the lid and little red flowers.

This is an eye catching one of a kind piece. Exquisite, like the other pottery available from WildCrowFarm, it is not production pottery and is the only one in existence, due to the single firing schedule and variability of the hands of the artist and the unpredictability in high-fire pottery. Some of our pottery will be similar but this piece can never be matched.
Description
A teal canister covered with owls, this lovely hand formed canister measures approx. 5″ wide x 9″ tall at the largest points on this piece. The base is ruffled, owl impressed bottom and measures approx. 4″ wide x 6″ tall. It will hold approx. 3 cups.
Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is individually hand formed, then hand glazed with food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes.
Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.
