White Snow Owl Canister Set on Wild Elemental Red Fire Glaze

Hand sculpted white snow owls top this exclusively gorgeous canister set with detailed lids.  Glazed in our specialty line of Wild Elemental Red Fire, this canister set has a rare earth element allure to its colors.

The taller jar measures approx. 5″ wide x 7 1/2″ tall from bottom to the top of the owl on the lid and holds approx. 4 1/2 cups.

The second jar measures approx. 4 3/4″ wide x 6″ tall from the bottom to the top of the owl knob.  It holds approx.2 3/4 cups

The smaller, slotted sugar bowl measures approx. 3 1/4 ” tall x 4 1/4″ wide. It holds approx. 1 3/4 cups.

-Created from white sandy Northern California clay, the base is wheel thrown and the lid is individually hand formed with an ornately design.  The knobs are hand sculpted snowy white owls.  Hand glazed with our specialty Wild Elemental Red Fire line of glazes, these glazes are food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe glazes. The glazes on our pieces are simply stunning!

-Stoneware fired to over 2200 degrees for durability and ease of use and cleaning. The bottoms are unglazed and feature our maker’s mark.

-Please note that all of our stoneware pottery is hand crafted and no molds are used in the creation of our vessels, so please expect variations in hand applied glaze techniques and shapes. This ensures that your piece(s) are always one of a kind, and priceless.
